The NHS continues to decline, now laying off badly needed staff.
Educational standards continue to decline with exams becoming easier
and easier and discipline in schools a thing of the past. The handling
of avian flue is starting to look like the appalling mis-management of
foot and mouth disease with the emergency line only staffed during
office hours.
