Team Report
Next match: Watford (away), August 26
The loss of Wayne Rooney and Paul Scholes through
suspension has been lessened by the growing confidence in Manchester
United's squad, according to manager Sir Alex Ferguson. Both will sit out
the second match of a three-game ban at Watford on Saturday but Ferguson is
pleased with how the team have responded without them. "We have a lot more
maturity in the squad now with Ronaldo, Darren Fletcher and Park Ji-Sung
growing up," Ferguson said. "Ronaldo looks a lot more mature and was
fantastic against Charlton."
