Here am I at 4.45 p.m. and I still don't need a light on, thanks to the
lovely clear sky.
Been a beautiful day too, down here, but Shetland had it rough overnight -
gusts to 70+ knots.
Hope Jerry Atrick hasn't got blown away :-)

I second that, here in the s.e. I was reading in my sitting room without
a light on at a quarter to five.
Give us SADs a glimmer of hope these, generally, dark and gloomy January
days.

Thank you for your thought! Yes I am still here, wind swept and wet, but I
haven't been blown out to sea. Harbours full of vessels sheltering from last
nights storm force 11, gusting I believe up to hurricane12. Inter island
ferries, and mainland ferries badly disrupted. Not all bad news! I had my
Rabbit...

sarf, Fish Roe. No sign of the day getting any longer up here though, much
to 'driech' to see anything without the lights on. Must be lovely for the
folk down sarf in Janner Land to have daffodils brightening up their days
again.
