New laptop will be delivered on wed. No more waiting to get on the old

Enjoy Bill
I love my laptop, apart from the little pad mousething. Have a normal mouse
plugged in which I use but still occasionally catch my hand on the pad and
it does something strange like moving the mouse pointer. I am sure there
must be some way to turn of the pad mouse but haven't found it yet

It should arive tomorrow mornin. Thats what the very nice lady on the phone
said on monday. I have never had that prob with the mouse pad thingy when
using a plugged in mouse..or never noticed it.

Perhaps your mouse pad is disabled when an external mouse is plugged in?

A couple of my friends have just bought the 6400 at a very good price. I
was impressed by it, especially its fairly low weight. I reckon laptops
are about £300 less than when I bought my 9100 early last year.
Don't forget there *should* be a voucher for upgrade to Vista, should you
want to risk it when it comes online in the next few days.
