A very good morning from a hazy Cornwall.

When I went to the wheelie bin this morning it was bright but it felt as if
we were in for a nice autumnal day, however Walter and the BYT arrived and
it turned into a scorcher, quite unexpected it was. Some grey gathering now
and it's getting a bit humid with the heat but considering it's September
I'm not complaining.

I was under the impression that PN throttled ay the rate BT indicated - I
didn't think they had to obey the directive. Anyow I've never owned asny
BRAS, so they can't be mine. :)
