Just listening to a cd of Diana Krall, pianist and vocalist, absolutely
fantastic. Sounds a bit like Peggy Lee used to and her jazz piano playing is

Cracking looking woman as well.

Apparently she is a Canadian married to Elvis Costello, that name rings a
bell, but can't remember anything about him, I have a feeling he was a punk
or something similar.

Diana Krall is great - we often see her on sky on Performance, not only
a great pianist, but and her singing is pleasant too.
Elvis Costello was very popular over here in the early 90s there is a
fan club based in britain - he is a guitar player and singer :)
Mop of dark curly hair, thick horn rimmed glasses and neatly dressed :)

This is really weird, I have just played the cd in my pooter and there is a
video of her showing, but when I play it in the DVD player nothing shows on

Just listened to her on her web site, she has a nice voice, but has a
different style to Diana Krall who is reminiscent of the jazz era in the
50's especially with her piano playing, shades of Oscar Peterson, Shearing
etc.
