BunnyHare...
Lost a filling on Saturday and, as I will be in a field in the middle of
nowhere for the next week thought I'd better take myself off to the
dentist this morning
5 minutes in the surgery, temporary filling put in - £20
And an appointment made for when I get back to have this filling removed
and a permanent one put in - wonder what that will cost

noreen...
You can always borrow mine Barb for a small charge ;-))))

Smokey...
An arm and a leg no doubt Barb :-(( At least you are pain free, not like
poor Jen was

Foxy at w*rk...
And it cost me £140 for me troubles :-(

Aries...
Did it really, my goodness

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
Well, I recently (February) had an examination, scale and polish, temporary
filling then two proper fillings in 3 visits. Cost around £40 in total.
That's our NHS dentist.

BunnyHare...
Well that's if you can get a NHS dentist in the first place

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
I've been with this same practice since coming back to Sheffield in 1979
Barb. They've moved premises and been taken over in that time, from around
4 staff in 1979 they have more than 30 now.

BunnyHare...
I have been with the same practice since we arrived here in 1990. At
that time they were NHS then they went semi private so new patients paid
full private fees but existing patients had discounts - now it seems
everybody pays the same.
Finding an NHS dentist in Gloucestershire is like looking for a needle
in a haystack.
Oh yes, have to go back tomorrow for the temporary filling to be taken
out and a permanent filling put in - get the begging bowl ready :-))

~~Linda~~...
Ouch and ouch :-( Hope it's over quickly... and the paying bit too!

Aries...
:( My mum used to say, money and fair words, whatever that meant LOL

Rabbit...
I can't remember what my last filling cost but I really am more appreciative
of my dentist every time I hear prices mentioned in here. I've never felt he
was too expensive, I must be very lucky.
