You don't really believe that do you?

Get on the Benecol! For every lb of Benecol you have, you can have a lb of

Splodge...
Can't FN. Yoghurt is something I loathe, detest, abhor and hate (just looked
at the dictionary!).

Any other suggestions will be welcome:)))

Not only yoghurt they make Splodge - I also hate Yoghurt, but I've tried
their light spread (too much like margarine), but their buttery taste
spread is very like butter. Only drawback is the price - a 250g (½ lb) tub
costs £2-49 at our local C0-0p;

Thank you FN. I'll get some tomorrow during the weekly shop. Seems worth
paying that much if it's good. Will report back in due course, but I'll add
cho****te to the list as well:))))

cho****te. :)

comes to Easter- go and make up for all that good work. Remember - if you
*must* have a teeny taste of ********* just tell yourself "Dont
Splurge,Splodge"

I was only joking about the chocolate though. Mind you I have halved my
weekly chocolate intake and am using the Benecol Buttery Taste spread on my
toast and sadwiches. It'll be interesting to see what the cholesterol level
is when I next have it checked in 6 months time.

Splodge...
I'm hoping I like the taste of it FN. My second blood test is next Monday
morning.

Think my deprivation is going to my head. !

Lots of headaches, blood test, and a diagnosis of high cholesterol, Noreen,
something I've never had before. The doctor thinks it's more hereditary than
dietary, so I console myself with the knowledge that my blood was tested
just after a cho****te binge. I'm having another blood test next Monday so I
can get the results before Easter:)))

It will be interesting to see if your high cholesterol was due to the

Good luck with that then. If you don't like the buttery taste one, try the

I've been out and bought it FN, so look out for my posting later to see
whether I like it. Sainsbugs don't appear to sell it, but Tesco came up
trumps. £2.49 it were.

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
Same as in our local Co-op then. Good luck. :)

Splodge...
Tried it on a slice of granary bread. The verdict - better than I feared and
worse than I'd hoped. When I opened it, the smell of margarine wafted me
back to my childhood. I shall carry on using it though, FN, and thanks!

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
So have you got the buttery taste or the light spread?

Splodge...
I've got the buttery one FN. My favourite is the "I Can't Believe It's Not
Butter", but I will learn to love the Benecol - and think of you every
day........:))
Goodnight all

I'm blushing nowe! Sweet dreams, I'm sure mine will be now. ;)

At two and a half quid I should think so LOL
Good luck with it Jan.

light spread one.
OK Ma'am, will do. I don't buy any Easter eggs cos I think they're a
rip-off.
Are you being good too?
Splodge

chocolate binge or not. You will let us know the result of your next test
won't you :)

Splodge...
Of course I will Val, but that probably won't be until the run up to Easter.
Splodge

Foxy at w**k...
I hope if the results are good your now going to BINGE at Easter lol

Splodge...
Sadly, I think those binge days are over Jen. But, I will try to persuade my
local shop not to do "Two for the Price of One" on packets of choccie
mini-rolls:((((((

me too, and allegedly also

Thanks Joe. Sorry about yesterday's result. My sister has lost the will to
live too.....:)

JoeH...
Oh I'm not quite that bad - I've seen it all before - to often ;-)

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
As with an SUFC fan, I reckon an NU fan has progressed much further than
just losing the will to live. :)
