recovery. Also a big thank you to the wonderful Val
for keeping me on track. (xxx) I have managed a bit of a nap this
afternoon in fact I hardly remember this morning. I did have eggs for
breakfast, ( I still have some yolk on my chin). I have been fretting about
being able to help out at our day shelter, but have been told to stay away
until I am fully recovered, ( they make me sound like an old arm-chair!!! .

Keep taking the tablets, we'll do our bit with the good thoughts and

It seems I have managed to getting out of peeling all of the veggies for
them. My thanks to eldest daughter and her newish husband ;) I have
evidently invited them around for a drink in a moment so I had better get in
the shower. Mrs E reckons I would give a polecat a good run for its money!
she also said I am not going to eat or drink until I smell fresher so what
