Spring what spring?

Just popped out of the closet and into the SS's parlour to make sure you
were all present and correct? All appears to be well with you all, and your
continuing to flourish I am pleased to report.

I had a peep into the big wide world at the beginning of the week and I
thought it was spring, A blackbird was singing beautifully, there were the
first of the lambs prancing about, and even a couple of Snipe attempting a
bit of nookie, So I thought to myself, " I like this, spring has sprung at
last in norf norf land"!

Yes and MCC showed us some lovely piccies from Norf Norf Land.

Alas after the Lord Mayors Coach comes the sh*te wagon, and it's a SSE gale,
and rain again so I'm back into the closet. Take care of yourselves now.

Down here it is very warm and we have blue skies and sunshine :)

Oh dear but you have other attractions up there. As you say in your other
post, midnight sunsets and I imagine The Northern Lights, which BTW I hope

Glad you have survived it all - that was just a taster I am sure there must

Well I would be happy if it didn't get any hotter than it's been today, for
the rest of the year. :)

Thanks for that Anita, not very often a young lady tells me "it's nice to
see me" I shall treasure that moment until we also get it very warm with
blue skies and sunshine again! People down sarf are always telling us folk
up norf how good it is down sarf. I think that MCC is a cockerel myself,
he's always crowing about the weather down there in Janner Land. Wait until
June, I'll sicken you then when you see photographs of our midnight sunsets.

Oh yes I know your midnight sunsets are great - but then so are some of
our twilight ones too - very picturesque :)

Hello Jackie - the slight wind here is quite warm - much to my surprise

Must be that being on the coast you tend to pick up the coolness :)

We are right near the sea Anita so I am sure that is where the coolness
comes from
nice when it gets too hot in Summer!!
