Strange dream

Had a dream last night, don't remember what it was all
about but I can remember that I was running.
Don't know if I was being chased or I was doing the
chasing, the strange thing about it all is that when I
woke up I was out of breath as if I had been actually
running.

Has anyone else experienced anything like that or
can offer an explanation, it's been on my mind all day.
