Christmas Recipe?

I put my Tesco order together this afternoon but there were no delivery
slots until after Christmas :-(

Anyway, the order arrived about an hour ago and it included a turkey :-)

I've bunged it in the freezer, hope that's OK...

I have just got a cancellation and it will be delivered today around
lunchtime - except for the turkey which is not available so can't be
provided!

So, anybody got a good recipe for Christmas dinner with sausage meat,
sage & onion, roast potatoes, chipolatas, parsnsips and bacon but no
turkey?

Just do that and add lots of vegetables and tell everybody you thought
the turkey looked better fully dressed and running around than naked on
your dinner table :-))

Rabbit...

You could try making a turkey sculpture out of that stuff. If it doesn't
look like a turkey just tell folks it's an artistic turkey :-)
