Hi folks, just wondered what the general opinion was on the worst
John the R-T...

Seems the answer to the question is a resounding *No* in all the
groups you posted to.

household chore. Got to be a two horse race between cleaning the inside
Frederick Williams...

I don't know what a "general opinion" is, but if you want a whole lot of
individual opinions I'll give you mine to add to your collection:
ironing.

of the windows and cleaning the oven.
Ali...

I find cleaning the inside of the windows both totally impossible and
totally unneccessary; they're sealed units.
I also find cleaning my oven impossible (unless you're talking microwaves),
but so would you.
|
We are considering taking on an Oven Cleaning franchise but are curious
about the market. Would you pay =A340 to have someone overhaul your oven
Steve...
|
No, clean the top every time I use it and once a week when I clean the
kitchen. The inside once a month with Spray cleaner from Supermarket £2
and a little elbow grease.

Oh dear!!! I don't think I've cleaned my gas oven since I bought it. :(
Mind you the hobs are nice and clean. :)

You're correct again, for £40 I'd expect my kitchen cleaned.

Gets boring dunnit? ;)
Ali...

|
don't have too much trouble cleaning it. I like cleaning windows inside but
have a window cleaner for the outside.

BoyPete...

Not generally. But as my oven only gets a quick wipe once in a while, I
might consider it worthwhile if I was selling the house with oven included.
Worst chore??.......doing battle with limescale in bathroom and toilet. :)

I am ok cos I have just bought a nice new one , but no I wouldn't pay £40
pound to clean it anyway !! sorry ;-)))))

Jeff Gaines...

It cooks one jacket potato a day and a roast at Christmas :-)
Cuddly...
|
Cor thats a bit over the top.my niece does private cleaning and only charges
Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
|
Well, perhaps a really dirty oven would take Krusty 4 hours to clean. :)
Jeff Gaines...
|
It might if it was en-Krusted with grease :-)
|
|
£10 a hour.
Frederick Williams...
|
Cor matey, can I hire her to clean my privates?
