Krusty...
Hi folks, just wondered what the general opinion was on the worst

John the R-T...

Seems the answer to the question is a resounding *No* in all the
groups you posted to.

household chore. Got to be a two horse race between cleaning the inside

Frederick Williams...
I don't know what a "general opinion" is, but if you want a whole lot of
individual opinions I'll give you mine to add to your collection:
ironing.

of the windows and cleaning the oven.

Ali...
I find cleaning the inside of the windows both totally impossible and
totally unneccessary; they're sealed units.
I also find cleaning my oven impossible (unless you're talking microwaves),
but so would you.

We are considering taking on an Oven Cleaning franchise but are curious
about the market. Would you pay =A340 to have someone overhaul your oven

Steve...
No, clean the top every time I use it and once a week when I clean the
kitchen. The inside once a month with Spray cleaner from Supermarket £2
and a little elbow grease.

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
Oh dear!!! I don't think I've cleaned my gas oven since I bought it. :(
Mind you the hobs are nice and clean. :)

shaz...
Nope. I can think of lots of other things I would rather spend £40 on. I

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
Likewise - bet the Rabbit concurs. :)

Splodge...
Splodge does

Rabbit...
You're correct again, for £40 I'd expect my kitchen cleaned.

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
Gets boring dunnit? ;)

Ali...
No.

don't have too much trouble cleaning it. I like cleaning windows inside but
have a window cleaner for the outside.

BoyPete...
Not generally. But as my oven only gets a quick wipe once in a while, I
might consider it worthwhile if I was selling the house with oven included.
Worst chore??.......doing battle with limescale in bathroom and toilet. :)

noreen...
I am ok cos I have just bought a nice new one , but no I wouldn't pay £40
pound to clean it anyway !! sorry ;-)))))

MCC...
How much? £40?
I can get a *new* microwave for less than that :-)

Splodge...
Yep, I just got one for £24.43:))))
Splodge

Smokey...
Seriously I wouldn't pay that, but I'm a canny Scot :-))

Frederick Williams...
No. Why should I? It works perfectly and is in pristine condition.

Foxy at w**k...
No I do mine regularly therefor it's not a difficult job

Jeff Gaines...
Interesting, I do mine regularly once a year but it's a pain :-)

Foxy at w**k...
lol I wouldn't call once a year regularly Jeff. Unless you only use your
over once a year ???

Jeff Gaines...
It cooks one jacket potato a day and a roast at Christmas :-)

Cuddly...
Cor thats a bit over the top.my niece does private cleaning and only charges

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
Well, perhaps a really dirty oven would take Krusty 4 hours to clean. :)

Jeff Gaines...
It might if it was en-Krusted with grease :-)

£10 a hour.

Frederick Williams...
Cor matey, can I hire her to clean my privates?

Cuddly...
Yeah sure, she is very fond of brillo pads.

Old Grizzly...
i burn it off once a year! LOL

Ali...
It's regular, but not frequent.

Foxy at w**k...
People pay good money for their ironing doing !!!

John the R-T...
That's 'cos some of them have lots of jollidays.

Tickettyboo...
oi! I read that!!

John the R-T...
Did I mention any names? Course not!

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
But did you need to? ;)

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
That's right talk about her whilst she's off on one!!! ;)

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
You can say that again, and I live in a soft water region. :)

Rabbit...
No limescale here but that's nice soft Scottish water for you :-)
