Good morning Splodge, and everyone from a beautiful sunny Cornwall. Just
the right weather for the visit of Mr and Mrs Windsor to the Eden Project
and to the University of Exeter campus in Falmouth. The usual traffic chaos
will ensue, no doubt ;-) Falmouth and Penryn will be good places to stay
away from today.

It's a grey day here,not warm, not cold, certainly not Flaming June. No blue
to be seen up above just miles and miles of grey but at least the grey I can
see ATM doesn't look as if it contains the wet stuff *yet*. That doesn't
mean it's not raining somewhere nearby, just that I haven't been further
than the wheelie bin this morning to see the rest of the bay from up the

Sounds to me like he gets some really exotic (that could well be a typo)
kick out of being groomed - just like when his real Mummy used to do it when
he was a mere kitty. :)

Started very dull and damp this morning, but brightened up about ½ hour
ago. So much so the damp pavements are all but dry now. Wheelie bin has
been emptied, so I'll have to go and wheel it back up the path in a minute.
Yep seems to be warming and brightening up well atm

Having now been out further than the wheelie bin I'd like to confirm it's
warm out there, or it would be if this was November :-( While I can still
only see GFTs there are big black clouds heading to Arran and eventually
some of them are going to drop some here :-(

Good to see we are not the only ones who get cold and wet weather. We
tend to think of Australians continually basking in the sunshine
Yuk! tax bills
Hope Mrs Tyke is able to get to see her mum and that she has beeter news
from the consultant.
Little Tyke will be feeling left out if she doesn't soon get a trip to
UK :-)

Fortunately I am starting to get my bearings again - only to be stared at by
two tax bills for Mrs Tyke and I (Gulp) :-(
Now we are preparing for Mrs Tyke to fly up to the UK in around a month's
time to see her Mum who is not too well.Fingers crossed MIL's specialist has
some good news for her in a few weeks.
I saw her a few times during my stay and she looks remarkably well.
It's Thursday - that means all 3 doggies have their ears inspected and
cleaned if necessary - what a thrilling life I lead!!

Good Day to all.
The rain and thunderstorms are headed this way for the rest of the week
and weekend. I wish I had checked the weather forecast before I
watered my shrubs, plants and flowers!! I don't mind the rain, but the
weeds seem to grow faster than the flowers.
