It's something I get two or three times a year. Due in part to IBS and
diverticular disease. Very painful, just walking and riding over bumps in

Be a few more days yet. Been put on strong antibiotics and doubled the IBS
medication - since I've got an infection set in (that's not happened
before). Not even fit enough for snooker atm, but a lot less painful
than 24 hours ago. Let's hope it's at least another 6 months before the
next bout.

I was reasonably lucky tonight - in 3 of the first 4 frames I was only
ahead after the final pink or black - there's no coming back at that stage
:))

the car, or on a rattly old bus like today, whilst that heat shield was
being refixed on the Celica. Sometimes just sitting in a certain position,
can be excrutiating . Usually starts for no reason I can w*rk out (could
be stress) and lasts in various degrees for 6 to 7 days. Then I'll be
fine for about 6 months. This time I seem to have a raging temperature
though - so might have summat else as well. :(
