My wife was at a nursing conference and was given some samples of an over

the counter pain relieving rub. To cut a long story short, it works. I just
wondered if anyone else would benefit at all? My wife has had "tennis elbow"
for ages, and her GP is thinking about steroid injections. After rubbing
this stuff on, the pain relief was astonishing - she has more pain free
movement than she has had in ages. Similarly my shoulder has been "sore"
like a torn muscle / trapped nerve for months - similar solution from the
GP - injections - which I don't want - anyhoo, after very sceptically

rubbing this stuff on, my pain free movement is much increased. It might be
worth a bash - local chemists could order it - each tube is about £8.00! And
they are wee tubes!

The pain relief wears off after a few (6 - 8 in my case) hours, so it's not
a magic cure, but relief of symptoms is still fine by me - you can rub it on
3 times a day (if you can afford it!). I have tried all the usual brufen
gels, deep heat etc which I find to be useless.
Anyone else using this stuff??
