Yes mine's just kicked in with that optional update but as you say I
can't see what it has done either.

It's a Program Version update - so some Operating Systems may require a
reboot.
No details on the Grisoft website as yet.

Nope - I think that is version 7.1.384 the one we've just got is 7.1.385

Ok, it's just that the 'Secunia' link pointed to an update today, 14 March.
Maybe they've merged the two.

They undoubtably will have, but 384 was released on 08/03/2006 I believe.

Just updated my Windows98 Second Edition m/c and a reboot was needed for
