MCC...
Mine has been through the wash this morning and the tumble drier and it
still functions properly!
I'm impressed.

Aries...
You're impressed! So am I !!

Stephen Baker...
You're lucky you didn't turn it into a 'floppy'

andon...
Test on TV "the Gadget Show" by placing in a standard iron/steel safe
along with other backup media forms. They then blew the safe :-)
Plenty of fire damage to the contents. Inc the memory stick. However,
the backup data was all still intact on the flash-ram. All other
types of data storage were totally U/S :-)

MCC...
Yep! Saw that programme. They do like testing things beyond the treatment
most people would dish out.

Rabbit...
Yes but which washing powder did you use ? Which wash cycle? Is the memory
stick now *Whiter than white* ? We need to know these things before we all
stick our pooter bits in the washing machine :-) BTW I did read many years
ago that you can clean they keyboard in a washing machine or dish washer.

MCC...
Persil non-biological tablets, 40°C wash. Medium heat on the tumble drier

Jackie...
he!he! a thorough job then!!

;-)

Rabbit...
Oh rich folk using Persil tablets??? I wonder if it would be OK with ASDA
Lavender and Cottonflower ???:-)

MCC...
It's one of the few detergents that SWMBO isn't allergic to.

But is it any cleeaner? :)

John the R-T...
Hm, now why would anyone want to put a memory stick through the
washer/drier. Unless............

Anita Carter...
A loss of memory? rofl

MCC...
...he didn't empty his trouser pockets properly before chucking them in the
laundry bin.
And it proves that SWMBO doesn't go through them either

Jackie...
I always check pockets in shirts and trousers before washing as some £5
notes got washed on one occasion they were in `someones` shirt pocket and he
put them in the machine without my knowing - got the money back though!

Jackie...
oh dear! glad it still works though!!

BunnyHare...
the mind boggles! Impressive though

noreen...
