In Firefox, I can right-click on a link on my Bookmarks Toolbar and get it
to open in a separate tab.

I am trying to find a way to do this in Opera but without using the Tabs
bar.
Do any of you clever people know if I can do this, please?

At the moment in Opera I click on the BBC Radio Scotland homepage -
on the link to Orkney which opens the BBC sound player in a separate little
window. If I then click on another link, that page opens in the little
sound player window, which is not what I want at all. I want to be able to
continue browsing, while listening to the Orkney news, but *without* the
Tabs Bar cluttering up the page.
I can do it in Firefox no problem, and I would think I should be able to do
it in Opera, and I can if I use the Tabs Bar, but as I said, I don't want
pmj...

Try ShiftClicking (or CTRL (or ALT?) Clicking?) on the Link?
Or maybe, p'raps RightClicking on it?
& then picking some Option or other from the Context Menu?
I dunno the ins & outs of how the Opera Web Browser does things,
so I'm only guessing.
