are due to have the grandbairns for the day today and had promised to take
them to the local organic farm for the day and we haven't got a Plan B ;-)

It's one of those eerie days here. It's grey,still and silent. Not a bird
singing and traffic noise is muffled. For all it's grey it's quite bright
and oops I just heard the Blackie starting to sing, first I've heard this
morning but he's stopped now. Definitely eerie out there.

Good Morning everyone. No BYT yet, just cloudy.
I'm just about to take Kafer and Sherry for their annual booster thingies.
The car will probably be very tuneful on both journeys - if I can get them
into their boxes:))))

follow. Damp, greyish here. Phone call to say the new settee arrives
this aftn'n. Phew--- somewhere to park at last! Splodge- I don't envy you
your job of taking K&S to the vet.Not as bad as the noise of our Deefers
going for similar- (do animals know where they're bound, I wonder?) Our
two- little dogs- went to their *posh hairdresser* on Wed. came back looking
so different. The Cairn looks like a forlorn rat, whilst the Schipp is all
glossy and twice as big. Trouble is Schipp wont *leave the other alone* - if
anyone can read between the lines.What can we do??? Sorry for length of
this....

Should we be thinking you'd spent the last week in bed, Marg, as you had
nowhere to sit??
I got the cats to the vets OK, but one of them has a problem. Hopefully,
x-rays next Friday will tell whether it's serious or not. Reading your
email, I'm glad my cats are siblings!!
