Yorkshire Wheel

Now there is a rival to the London Eye, the Yorkshire wheel has opened in
York with fantastic views of the Minster and surrounding countryside, I
don't know whether I would go on it, I am not too good with heights, I
believe it's about 200 feet high.

Oh go for it, ~~Linda~~ and I went on the London Eye recently..she wasn't
too sure about doing it, but we both really enjoyed it.

What good is a webcam in that position that refreshes every 30 MINUTES?

I believe it has been there for some time so that you could watch the
construction progressing. Not much use now. i'd like to see the views
from the one that's moves round with the wheel though, but I can't find
it.
