I've been on the phone to the OFT/Trading Standards who say that it is
very bad practice and to write to the company, which I have now done -
and I'm sending a copy to the private home address of the managing
director. :-)

The guy at the OFT/TSO said that he thought the top of their web site
was also very misleading as he doubts they'll be able to achieve what
it claims i.e. "Order before 20th December for Christmas delivery."
...and he's going to look into it.

The email that I received yesterday from the firm said:

"So, click here to order online now. Remember, get your order to me
before 20th December, and I'll get it back out to you in time for
Christmas."

PS Just checked my credit card online and still no refund yet!
