shaz...
I have just read all your messages. Thank you so much. I didn't think I had

Pam the goose...

Oh, shaz, just wait till a couple of days have gone by and you'll be in
seventh heaven, all of you!

You know it really can be so upsetting when you can't cope with meat. I was
over ridden by Ray at the first plate when he cut it all up for me. And no
problem now, at home it's delivered ready cut into bite-size pieces - and he
likes it so much he does his the same now:))) - and, believe it or not, no
matter what class restaurant we eat in he cuts mine for me before we start
to eat.

I know Bagpuss won't mind me telling you this but she had nerve damage to
her right arm and so couldn't cut the meat on her plate when we all dined in
a restaurant in SW Scotland. Ray saw no problem. She was the visitor so he
came round the table and cut hers into bite-sized pieces before doing the
same to mine! We were in hysterics, BP and me, at the cool, calm way he just
got on with it.

Try to make Mum realise it isn't her fault and others get in the same boat.
Hope she begins to accept it and not worry about it.

any tears left, but I have reading those. Well we got Mum here safely. She

Oh she will come on in leaps and bounds, good grub, good company and lots
of love. Can't beat it!

BunnyHare...
Pleased to hear that mum has arrived safely and is settling in. Hope it all
w**ks out well.
Did you hear her snoring?

is now in bed, after a struggle lol but we managed it. I did not realise how
badly she walks and how badly she has been eating. I felt awful. I asked her
if she would like steak for tea. Her eyes lit up but then she said No
because she couldn't cut it. So I did that for her. My sons were wonderful,
bringing all the furniture, having hired a van. Then they moved dining room
furniture etc. Eldest son suggested a baby alarm in case she needs me in the
night. So have got that switched on. Lol Never heard of them when I had my
two. So off shopping tomorrow to find things to make life easier for
ourselves. We'll see how things go, but I'm sure they will work out. Hehe
have just heard Mum put her light out. Wonder if I'll hear her snoring.

You'll soon have her full of nutritious food and then doing the hokey cokey
