Pam the goose...
Seemingly it poured here overnight and all day the light rain, the sort that
really wets you, has come and gone.

It's got to the point where poor Meg is crossing her legs so Ray has got
done up in his bright yellow suit he wears for wet w*rk at S&R and taken her
for a walk. By the time she gets to the grass - about 8 houses away - she'll
be totally soaked so he might as well carry on walking with her cos she
really needs the exercise.

There will be quite some laughs as people watch him pass by, a soaking
Border Collie loving the wet stuff and a mobile banana walking along with

Jackie...
It is dry and bright here today Pam after the storms. I like your
description of the mobile banana!!
I think those storms are coming up towards the north today, so be prepared!

Pam the goose...
Honestly, Jackie, he just looks as though he's turned into a banana!!

I don't want those storms, thank you! But then again it could be something
the farmers want.
It does look as though they're going to arrive, though.

Pam the goose...
While Meg and my Banana were out it seems there was a roll of thunder. Meg
rumbled back at it and it gave up:)) Maybe that was our storm cos it's going
brighter again here:)

her:))

Rabbit...
Could be worse could be * Bananas in Pyjamas* :-)

Pam the goose...
I remember that song coming out. It appeared as a "new song" in one of the
music books I bought.
I was doing singing for the infants and included it. It was great cos we
could sing it on the hot days when we went out into the School House garden
with my guitar cos I made a lovely guitar accompaniment for it.

On searching the web I find it has really started something in the way of
entertainment for youngsters.

Incidentally, the Banana and Border Collie have returned.
She has been wiped and brushed and is now sitting at Ray's feet steaming.
He has removed his streaming Banana disguise and it's hanging in the garage
making puddles on the garage floor.

Yesterday my Pampas Grass was in bud and had been for weeks, it just
couldn't go any further. Last night it rained for the first time in weeks
and the Pampas Grass has burst into bloom today. I love this time of year:)

Rabbit...
Yes I like Pampas Grass too and autumn.

Foxy at w*rk...
lol My Jaks will cross his legs forever if it's raining. We have to drag him

Pam the goose...
lol
I guess the love of all kinds of weather is built into the Border Collie's
genes.
It isn't built into Ray's!
